Nathalie Moar is EVP of Brand, Strategy and Communications. She is the lead architect and adviser to Mr. Combs on all global communications efforts, including crafting his public persona, media strategy, and integrating brand and strategic messaging and positioning across the businesses and investments in his portfolio, including: Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment Group, Sean John, Combs Wine & Spirits, AQUAhydrate, The Blue Flame Agency, REVOLT Films and REVOLT MEDIA & TV.
Nathalie was handpicked to be part of the leadership team by Mr. Combs because of her deep knowledge and record of success in shaping PR and communications strategy for leading music, fashion, fragrance, beverage, marketing, film, television, and media brands, as well as her personal experience working with Mr. Combs directly. She has worked with Mr. Combs for nearly two decades, as a publicist, adviser and communications strategist.
Most recently Nathalie oversaw the new show “THE FOUR: BATTLE FOR STARDOM” which premiered on Fox at the beginning of 2018. The show, produced and co-hosted by Mr. Combs, out performed all of FOX’s time period benchmarks and was just picked up for season two. She also worked closely on the Apple Music documentary “CAN’T STOP WON’T STOP” which debuted in July of 2017 after a successful premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. Additionally, Nathalie was instrumental behind the launch 20-city, sold out Puff Daddy & The Bad Boy Family Reunion tour.
At Combs Enterprises, Nathalie helped to launch their premium vodka flavors including CIROC French Vanilla, Mango and Apple as well as worked with Sean Combs on the launch of Capital Prep Harlem, a charter school that opened in 2016. She has also been an integral part of the REVOLT team leading in the network’s communications.
She also led the global PR launch of “Unforgivable,” the fragrance introduced by Mr. Combs in 2006 that became the number one selling men’s fragrance in department stores in the United States in record breaking time.
For two decades, Nathalie has led marketing, communications, and business strategy – negotiating and managing dozens of unique partnerships, endorsement deals, collaborations, and licensing agreements – for clients across Europe, Australia and the United States. She ran her own communications firm for three years, and before that was Director of the Celebrity & Branding division at the Marilyn Agency. She was SVP of Global Communications at MAC Cosmetics and Sean John Fragrances, where she led all PR, communications strategy, advertising, and events for both brands, and the MAC AIDS FUND. As a partner at DKC, Nathalie was named one of the ten best PR professionals, and one of Hollywood’s top publicists by PR Week.
